Theft, deceit, manipulation, and a seemingly flawless exterior lead to eventual repercussions and Gemini suffering from multiple personality disorders face a long road to recovery. Although not generally thought of as a very afflicted sign, Pisces are considered the most likely to find it hard to relate to the real world if trauma asserts itself. Some retreat into a fantasy world a few will never again leave.
